SACA's C-101 Certified Industry 4.0 Associate - Basic Operations certification prepares individuals to succeed in operations and assembly positions in modern production environments that use Industry 4.0 automation technologies. Basic Operations Competencies: Concepts & Terminology of Smart Manufacturing, Basic Setup, Adjustment & Operation of Automated Machines, Safety and Hand Tools, blueprint & Schematic Reading, Precision Measurement, Basic Electrical Control, Pneumatic, & Sensor Systems Operation, Basic Robot Operation & Terminology, Production Monitoring via HMI, Internet, Ethernet, & Smart Lean Six Sigma Green Belt program and methodology is aligned to the ASQ BOK (Body of Knowledge), the International Association of Six Sigma Certifications and accredited by the Council for Six Sigma Certifications. We provide resources to support effective job search techniques, strategies, and tools like: resume development, interview skills and leveraging LinkedIn. We offer interviewing practice sessions and resume reviews. Professional job placement assistance through recruiting and business partnerships is available to career development students.
