Project management processes and the Lean Six Sigma tools help participants become more efficient, by focusing on value-added activities and limiting processes variation. Earn your Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, as you learn the Lean Six Sigma D.M.A.I.C methodology, concepts and tools necessary to be able to perform the duties of a Lean Six Sigma certified professional. Project Management Professional (PMP)® course follows the PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge Guide and Standards, which are accepted by the Project Management Institute (PMI), the global standard. Upon successful completion, students will be able to analyze project risks, address project related procurement, execute the plan, and monitor and control it as needed. We provide resources to support effective job search techniques, strategies, and tools like: resume development, interview skills and leveraging LinkedIn. We offer interviewing practice sessions and resume reviews. Professional job placement assistance through recruiting and business partnerships is available to career development students.
