Genesis CBRF (community based residential facility) Training provide learners with the knowledge and skills they need to be successfully employed in residential care facilities, adult family homes, adult day cares, and group homes. Whether you are beginning a career or completing annual continuing education, Genesis CBRF Training will provide you with impactful learning experiences. We offer Standard Precautions, Fire Safety, Medication Administration, & First Aid & Choking. We also offer the required annual continuing education training.

A program that requires its students to demonstrate they have successfully acquired a set of skills or knowledge base prior to completing the program. Compare to a "time-based" training program that results in successful completion if the students participate in a certain number of instructional hours.

Completing the program is a pathway to continuing in the healthcare field as a CNA, Personal Care Worker, Home Health Aide, LPN, RN, etc.
Genesis CBRF Training currently provide CBRF and Adult Family Home classes needed to work in CRBFs and adult family homes. Partnership and collaboration efforts are in effect with area community based residential facilities and adult family homes.
Learners have the opportunity to participate in content related tutoring sessions in person or virtually. We offer a learning lab for anyone participating in our program. Individuals will have access to work and study spaces, computers, internet, copiers, printers, and miscellaneous office supplies. Individuals may meet with trainers, instructors, and other students to acquire the best understanding of the Genesis CBRF Training curriculum, expectations, and course requirements.
Additional requirements of health and safety prerequisites, uniforms, and an industry related certificate which is required for working in CBRFs and Adult family homes. Includes learning lab participation.
Full payment is required to reserve enrollment in the program, we require a 14 day notice to cancel your enrollment and process a refund request. Refunds must be made by emailing us at genesiscbrf@gmail.com. Use the subject "Refund Request" and the body of your email must contain all of your contact information: 1. start date of your class 2. first and last name 3. address, city, state, and zip code 4. reason for request. There are no refunds after the class start date.
