Emergency Dispatch
Chippewa Valley Technical College
The 6-credit Emergency Dispatch certificate provides you with the essential tools, technology, and protocols involved in emergency dispatching. You will learn through both classroom and hands-on exercises to equip you with the skills necessary for this field. Upon completion of the certificate, you will be eligible to take the national emergency dispatching exam and be certified by the National Academies of Emergency Dispatch.

CVTC offers tutoring to students through the Academic Services department.
