Learn to utilize Microsoft Dynamics CRM to streamline processes in Finance, Operations and Supply Chain Mgmt, Mfg , and the This program provides the foundation through expert level of Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Become familiar with the concept of enterprise resource management (ERP), as well as each of the finance and operations apps. Take the first steps in automating and modernizing both global financial and supply chain operations. Next, learn the functional consultant role responsible for automating and modernizing both global financial and supply chain operations. The Functional Consultant implements a solution using out of the box capabilities, codeless extensibility, application and service integrations. Finally, gain the technical information focusing on application architecture and technical skills. This course will not cover the industrial skills and delivery skills required for this role.
