Stepping Stones Community Services, LLC provides all required courses of C.B.R.F. training: This package includes Medication Administration, First Aid and Choking, Fire Safety, Standard Precautions, Resident Rights, Dietary Needs, Needs Assessment/ISP, Client Group Specific and Challenging Behaviors. This training package also includes AHA CPR Training.
Community Based Residential Living Facilities and assisted living facilities require CBRF certification. This program also provides students a gateway to becoming a CNA, LPN, RN, ETC...
Stepping Stones provides high-quality Community-Based Residential Facility (CBRF) certification training taught by trainers who are certified by the State of Wisconsin to provide CBRF training.

A program that requires its students to demonstrate they have successfully acquired a set of skills or knowledge base prior to completing the program. Compare to a "time-based" training program that results in successful completion if the students participate in a certain number of instructional hours.

Participants who successfully complete the trainings will receive referrals to employment partners who are currently hiring. There will also be invitations to virtual as well as in-person job fairs with employers.
Tutoring Services are available 30 minutes before class begins and 30 minutes after class ends.
Administration Fees: Facilitating; Registration and application processing, Facility Testing, Employment placement and referral resources, COVID-19 training, virtual platform, Postage, mail processing service, follow up and continued participant supportive services.
$80 for CBRF certification registry fee ($20 per class)
Student will also receive 2 uniforms, portfolio for interview, transportation assistance as well as food, snacks and beverages for each day of class. Students will also have membership access to utilize computer lab for the purposes of employment or higher education during and after training.
