CompTIA IT Operations Specialist (Extended Path)
New Horizons of Wisconsin
08/30/2021
This program combines 2 industry-recognized courses which prepare participants to earn the CompTIA Stackable CIOS CompTIA IT Operations Specialist certifications. The CompTIA A+, vendor-authorized course, prepares students for a career as an entry-level Information Technology (IT) professional or personal computer (PC) service technician. Students will acquire the essential skills and information they need to install, upgrade, repair, configure, troubleshoot, optimize, and perform preventative maintenance of basic personal computer hardware and operating systems. This extended path program seperates the CompTIA A+ course into 2 weeks, providing a slower pace and more in-depth review of the content. CompTIA Network+ is a vendor-neutral program considered by many employers as a prerequisite for entry-level IT employment in the area of IT networks. Network+ covers tasks such as installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of common networking systems. Show More
