Scrum Project management processes and the lean six sigma tools help Scrum Process Improvement Project Managers become more efficient, by focusing on value-added activities and limiting processes variation. Scrum Master is an important role in any Scrum team and need not be a technology expert to be effective. Earn your Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, as you learn the Lean Six Sigma D.M.A.I.C methodology, concepts and tools necessary to be able to perform the duties of a Lean Six Sigma certified professional. Project Management Professional (PMP) course follows the PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge Guide and Standards, which are accepted by the Project Management Institute (PMI), the global standard. Upon successful completion, students will be able to analyze project risks, address project related procurement, execute the plan, and monitor and control it as needed. Additional eligibility criteria (educational and work experience) apply to students applying to take PMI-PMP certification exam. PMI (Project Management Institute) is a third-party, industry-recognized certification organization. Exam eligibility requirements are listed at: https://www.pmi.org/certifications/types/project-management-pmp Project Management Institute (PMI) PMP certification requires either: 1. 4 year degree, 36 months experience leading projects (within last 8 years), and 35 hours of project management education OR CAPM certification OR: 2. Secondary degree (HS diploma, Associate's degree or equivalent), 60 months experience leading projects (within last 8 years), and 35 hours of project management education OR CAPM certification
