Process Improvement Expert
New Horizons of Wisconsin
02/23/2021
The Process Improvement Expert program allows participants to earn both the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certifications. This program prepares students for roles (such as Process Manager, Quality Technician, Lean Process Specialist, Continuous Improvement Manager, etc.) that use the industry-recognized Lean Six Sigma approach to improve efficiencies, reduce costs and increase customer satisfaction. The Lean Six Sigma Green Belt course introduces the concepts, vocabulary, and tools used in a Lean Six Sigma project. The Lean Six Sigma Black Belt course reinforces all the materials from Green Belt, plus additional concepts, but with greater depth and focus on choosing the tools and performing the analysis. Both accelerated courses are aligned to the ASQ BOK (Body of Knowledge), the International Association of Six Sigma Certifications and accredited by the Council for Six Sigma Certifications.
