Must have familiarity with using a personal computer and in a Windows environment. You must also be able to launch and close programs, navigate to information stored on the computer, and manage files and folders. Hardware Requirements: PC, Mac, or Chromebook. Software Requirements: -PC: Windows 8 or later. -Mac: macOS 10.6 or later. -Browser: The latest version of Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox is preferred. Microsoft Edge is also compatible. -Microsoft Word or equivalent (not included with enrollment) -Adobe Acrobat Reader. -Software must be installed and fully operational before the course begins. Other: -Email capabilities and access to a personal email account.

PLEASE NOTE:

Most employers are required to report certain employment information to the State of Wisconsin, including quarterly wage information for their employees. MAKING SENSE OF THE EMPLOYMENT OUTCOMES:

"Average quarterly wages" means the total wages earned in a three-month period by all students who completed the program ("completers"), divided by the total number of completers.

"Median quarterly wages" means all the completers' quarterly wages are placed in order from lowest to highest and then we identify the student's wages in the middle. This information is provided because averages can be greatly influenced by really high and low wage earners.

To estimate monthly wages, divide the quarterly wages by three.
