The Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Human Biology Degree Completion program allows you to complete the course requirements for a bachelor's degree. Students who earn a B.S. in human biology obtain a multidisciplinary education that explores the interrelationships between biology, structure, physiology, behavior, health and society.

Ability to perform in all laboratory and classroom settings without posing a threat to herself/himself, to the safety and well-being of fellow students. Ability to work cohesively and harmoniously in a team of two or more students in the performance of required classroom and laboratory activities. Ability to see and hear, with or without reasonable accommodation, in order to fulfill classroom and laboratory requirements.

These academic support services are available to help students succeed at NWHSU: Academic advising through the Registrar. Peer tutoring/Group tutoring. Study skills and writing assistance through the Library. Disability Services. Counseling.

Students are responsible for all tuition and fees incurred by registration in a course. Failing to attend a course does not constitute a withdrawal from the course. During the Add/drop Period at the beginning of each trimester, students are allowed to add and/or drop courses without any financial consequences. If a student officially withdraws from a class or the university after this period, the amount of the refund is determined by the official date of the withdrawal.

MAKING SENSE OF THE EMPLOYMENT OUTCOMES:

"Average quarterly wages" means the total wages earned in a three-month period by all students who completed the program ("completers"), divided by the total number of completers.

"Median quarterly wages" means all the completers' quarterly wages are placed in order from lowest to highest and then we identify the student's wages in the middle. This information is provided because averages can be greatly influenced by really high and low wage earners.

To estimate monthly wages, divide the quarterly wages by three.
