Peer Tutoring is offered by the Registrar's Office and is available for students struggling with classes or who want to learn better study strategies for specific courses. The peer tutoring service facilitates the learning experience for all students and the service is free. The Office of Student Affairs offers a counselor who will help a student create an individualized study skills plan to address possible study skill deficits. For help with any writing project or issue, the Greenawalt Library Writing Lab is available.

Students are responsible for all tuition and fees incurred by registration in a course. Failing to attend a course does not constitute a withdrawal from the course. During the Add/Drop Period at the beginning of reach trimester, students are allowed to add and/or drop courses without any financial consequences. If a student officially withdraws from a class or the university after this period, there is a schedule reflecting the amount of tuition and fees that will be refunded.
