A Green Belt is a person who has shown proficiency in applying the Six Sigma strategy, along with the appropriate statistical methods and techniques, to bring about breakthrough improvements in process performance and thereby generate significant cost savings. To be certified as a Six Sigma Green Belt, you must have training in the Six Sigma methodology, know how to correctly apply the right statistical tool at the right time, and through a capstone project demonstrate your ability to successfully use these skills to improve a real business process. Training Description: This program s curriculum was developed to efficiently and effectively deliver the skill set needed by the students to become a valuable process-improvement professional. Participants will earn a Six Sigma Green Belt Certificate upon completion of both Modules and completing a Capstone Project.

A full refund is issued to participants if the SCE cancels a program. If a participant withdraws at least 10 business days prior to the start of a program, a 100% refund will be issued. If a participant withdraws less than 10 business days prior to the program start, one transfer of fees to any current available course is allowed; otherwise, the participants will receive a refund minus a 20% admin fee.
