Managing Modern Desktops

The Modern Desktop Administrator deploys, configures, secures, manages, and monitors devices and client applications in an enterprise environment. Responsibilities include managing identity, access, policies, updates, and apps. The MDA collaborates with the M365 Enterprise Administrator to design and implement a device strategy that meets the business needs of a modern organization. Program includes content/resources necessary to prepare for industry-recognized certification exam.

Candidates must be familiar with Microsoft 365 workloads and must be proficient and experienced in deploying, configuring, and maintaining Windows 10 and non-Windows devices and technologies.

This program is offered

No application deadline. Students may enroll into our programs at any time and schedule their course/s based on availability.
We provide resources to support effective job search techniques, strategies, and tools like: resume development, interview skills and leveraging LinkedIn. We offer interviewing practice sessions and resume reviews. Professional job placement assistance through recruiting and business partnerships is available to career development students.
