Boost your resume and career by preparing to pass the CompTIA A+ exams (220-1101 & 220-1102) and earn a globally recognized credential demonstrating your IT competence. Obtaining your A+ certification will open doors to entry-level IT jobs such as technical support specialists, help desk technicians, or field service technicians. Upon successful completion of the lessons and exercises in this bundled certification program, you will be well-prepared to take CompTIA's A+ certification exams. basic computer skills, including the ability to navigate the Internet and use e-mail, are required. Also, you should have basic knowledge of computer hardware and operating systems—for example, how to power up and log on to a machine, how to use a mouse and keyboard, and basic Microsoft Windows navigation skills. CompTIA recommends all A+ exam applicants have up to 12 months of hands-on experience in the lab or field before taking the certification exam.

A full tuition refund may be requested up to ten calendar days from the start date indicated in the online Student Center, provided no more than 50% of the program has been completed and all materials are returned in as-new condition. PLEASE NOTE:

MAKING SENSE OF THE EMPLOYMENT OUTCOMES:

"Average quarterly wages" means the total wages earned in a three-month period by all students who completed the program ("completers"), divided by the total number of completers.

"Median quarterly wages" means all the completers' quarterly wages are placed in order from lowest to highest and then we identify the student's wages in the middle. This information is provided because averages can be greatly influenced by really high and low wage earners.

To estimate monthly wages, divide the quarterly wages by three.
