Program Description

Vehicle Inspection, Trip Planning, Legalizing Loads, Map Reading, Clock Management, XRS Usage, Truck Routing to Shipper/Stops/Consignee, Logging on the Correct Duty Status Line, Roadside Assistance, Cargo Handling, Negotiating & Hiring Lumpers, Loading/Unloading, Cargo Securement & Claims, Document Preparation, Driving Skills, Inclement Weather, City Traffic, Emergency Procedures, Coupling/Uncoupling Trailers, Safety as a Service, Carrier's Edge, Health and Wellness, PPE, Truck Maintenance, Road Break Down, Authorization for Repairs, Fuel Conservation, and Customer Relations. LENGTH: 24 Months. OJT WAGE: $600 weekly (40-70 hrs/wk). For 12-months after initial training, $.35 or $.36 per mile then $.37 or $.38 per mile. Min. of 2200 miles/wk.
