This certificate is a two day, 12 hour course. Content Covers: Intro to OSHA, fall safety, electrical safety, caught in between hazards, struck by hazards, tool safety, ladders, stairs, scaffold safety and labeling within the work site. Participants earn an OSHA 10 credential recognized by OSHA and recognized by companies nationally and is endorsed by the National Safety Council and NIU. Instructors are certified trainers. Work site safety is critical to avoid injury and death,.

This Program is a fundamental course required in career pathways in Manufacturing/Production and Warehouse and Materials-Moving and Handling and related occupations.
Milwaukee Community Service Corps. (MCSC) assists trainees with job placement and also provides opportunities to practice new skills and build experience in MCSC's Work Projects Program. Trainees receive $11/hr., at Work Projects training work sites including: landscaping, home repair and renovation, snow plowing/removal, recycling, tree planting, and other projects.
Educators/Trainer are available to help trainees if they are having difficulty with training content.
