Absolute Advantage recruits three times per calendar year for three cohorts (January, May, September). There is no firm application deadline, but most applications are received and are in process of review two weeks prior to the start of a cohort.
Absolute Advantage can lead construction work experience, an apprenticeship in a skilled trade, and continuing education through Joint Apprenticeship Training Committees (JATC), Milwaukee Area Technical College (MATC), or Waukesha County Technical College (WCTC).
The Social Development Commission (SDC) has relationships with area companies through our collaboration with local employers and partnerships.
