arthroscopic meniscectomy and debridement of anterior cruciate ligament (ACL)
due to a knee injury:
5% (for menisectomy) +
10% (for ACL repair of any sort) = 15% statutory minimum rating.

his hand, resulting in a right little finger amputation at the distal
joint, ankylosis at the middle joint, mid-position and 50% loss of flexion
at the proximal joint:
Amputation =100% at
distal joint
Ankylosis of middle
joint, mid-position = 75% at middle joint
50% loss of flexion
at proximal joint = 25% at proximal joint
For other elements of
disability such as cold sensitivity, loss of sensation, etc., grade
upward
Employee has injured her
wrist, resulting in 20% loss of dorsiflexion:
Complete loss of
dorsiflexion is 12.5%;
12.5 X 20% loss of
