Our training sessions are informal events, offered approximately once a month. They are limited to a maximum of 16 attendees, and require at least ten in order to be held. They always cover the use of our Internet based reporting application, the Pending Reports, and offer instruction on submitting the WKC-12, WKC-13, TPD Worksheet, Attorney Fee Information and the WKC-13A via the Internet.
Upon the prior request of attendees we will also offer a session on Permanent Partial Disability (PPD) and Medical Reports. This is an informal overview of PPD, the Wisconsin Administrative Code, DWD 80.32 and Medical Report Information. If you have specific topics that you would like covered, please let us know ahead of time, as the course of this session will be dictated by the desires of the attendees.
The Pending Report session lasts approximately three to four hours and the PPD/Medical Reports session lasts roughly two to two and a half-hours. If you attend both, then this will be about a three-quarter day event. If you attend one or the other, this will be a half to less than half-day event. We DO NOT offer wage training as part of these sessions; this is only offered as part of our Workshop.
Pre-registration is required. Please call 608-267-6890 or email the Bureau of Claims Management to register.
