DWD/WI Logon Management System for Access to WC Protected Internet Applications

Current Logon Process

As of December 1, 2003 the old WC user id and passwords were deactivated and replaced by the WD/WI Logon Management Security System.

Under this new security system for accessing WC protected Internet applications, there are two groups set up, Security Administrators and Report Users. The Security Administrator group includes a Security Administrator for each company. The Report User group includes the employees who process the claims.

The new process will provide better security because each individual will have their own unique Logon ID and password. When an employee leaves the company, the Security Administrator can revoke that employee's access.
