In order to have access to the Detail Level Claim Handling Performance Indicator Reports, Insurers' Pending Reports and Assessment Reports you must have an individually created DWD/Wisconsin Login Account. After creating your DWD/Wisconsin User ID and password you must obtain an Activation Key to get access to the Worker's Compensation Internet sites. If you are a Security Administrator, you will request an Activation Key directly from the Worker's Compensation Division. If you are a Report User, you will request an Activation Key from the Security Administrator of the Insurer, Claims Handling Office or Self-Insurer for which you work. This is a one-time task.
