Worker's Compensation Advisory Council - Professional Employee Organization Committee

This study committee was formed at the request of the WCAC.  At the meeting on 7/29/05 (see minutes) the WCAC agreed that a study committee should be established to review issues related to Professional Employer Organizations (PEOs) including (1) definition of PEOs; (2) the process for experience rating PEOs and their clients; (3) the employer status of PEOs; (4) WC insurance policies covering PEOs and their clients.
