David Bryce moved to create 81.06(6)(e) Percutaneous procedures may be provided
to treat pain arising from the intravertebral discs, nerves and joints. This
treatment may be employed before open arthrodesis.

Gina Buono moved to rescind the creation of 81.06(6)(e)

Gina Buono moved to change 81.12(1)(b) using percutaneous procedures instead of
percutaneous disectomy

Jim O’Malley presented the draft of amendments to DWD 81.00 Wis. Adm. Code
proposed by the Health Care Provider Advisory Committee to the Workers
Compensation Advisory Council. Discussion followed with suggested edits.
Maja Jurisic moved to accept the proposed amendments, including today’s edits,
to DWD 81.00 Wis. Adm. Code to be presented to the Workers Compensation Advisory
Council.

Discussion of how information regarding Wis. Admin. Code 81.00 will be
disseminated.
