Federal Contractor Program Any contractor or subcontractor with a contract of $25,000 or more with the Federal Government must take affirmative action to hire and promote ALL qualified targeted Veterans. This is a great resource for employers with federal contracts. It answers many questions and helps employers with compliance and with filing the VETS-100 form.

Office of Federal Contract Compliance (OFCCP) enforces laws that ban discrimination and require Federal contractors and subcontractors to take affirmative action to ensure that all individuals have an equal opportunity for employment, without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability or status as a Vietnam era or special disabled Veteran.
