New Statement

There is a new Reserve Fund Balance Statement, Including Benefit Charges and Adjustments. This statement consolidates and replaces EMPLOYER UI ACCOUNT STATEMENT (UCT-102) and UNEMPLOYMENT INSURANCE BENEFIT CHARGES AND ADJUSTMENTS REPORT (UCB-7074).

The new statement contains 3 sections:

• Section A contains Activity Affecting Your Reserve Fund Balance (RFB)

• Section B contains Benefit Charges to Reserve Fund Balance by Employee

• Section C contains Adjustments to Benefit Claims by Employee

This provides you a single report of all activity while saving on mailing costs. The statement will:

• Contain transactions posted within the accounting period specified on the statement.

• Only be generated and mailed when there is activity to report. No blank statements.

• Contain Sections B and C only when there is benefit activity to report.

NOTE: Payments sent near the end of an accounting period may appear on a subsequent statement.
