Wisconsin New Hire Reporting
Options for Multistate Employers

Employers with employees in more than one state may choose from two reporting options.

Employers choosing Wisconsin may use our Internet reporting site for quick, easy electronic reporting.

Multistate employers who report to one state must notify the Secretary of Health and Human Services, in writing, which state has been selected for New Hire reporting.

Employers may send notification on-line or print an optional Employer Notification form in PDF format

Written notification should include a minimum of the name and address. The following optional information would be helpful:
