Can I Call In For The Hearing?

No.  For telephone hearings, the administrative law judge must call you.  You need to provide a number before the scheduled hearing start time and need to be able to be reached at that number.  If you will be participating from a pay telephone, you must make sure that telephone accepts incoming calls.

Also, take into account any time zone changes.
