New Login Process

The Unemployment Insurance Division has upgraded the way you access our online Benefit services.

Our new website offers enhanced security and a single sign-on for all of our services. You no longer need to enter your social security number each time you log in--only the first time you use our new website to prove your identity.

To use the new website, you will need to have a DWD username and password.

You may already have an account if you use Job Center of Wisconsin. We recommend that you use the same username and password to access UI services.

If you do not have a DWD username and password, you will be required to create one before you use our services.

Any existing pages that you had bookmarked will redirect you to our new website.
