Wisconsin Job Centers are responsible for providing equitable and unrestricted job information to all customers. This means job information and referral activities are not based on stereotypes of what is considered traditional women's and men’s work.

They should also include occupations that are considered nontraditional for women and men. The US Department of Labor defines nontraditional occupations in which 25% or less of the workers are either women or men.
