Agencies that are awarded contracts through the Bureau of Migrant, Refugee & Labor Services (BMRLS) are bound by various contract provisions that require documentation of program activities. These provisions help maintain the integrity of refugee programming and insure the prudent use of state and federal funds. Use the
agency planning calendar
to keep track of important reporting dates.
Each agency that delivers services under contract with the Bureau of Migrant, Refugee & Labor Services (BMRLS) is required to submit a Quarterly Program Report (QPR) detailing its progress toward program goals. Reports must be received within 15 days of the end of the quarter. A QPR is required for each grant program in which the agency participates. This page provides links to the required reporting forms as well as any supplemental forms.
To maintain the quality of refugee programs, BMRLS conducts periodic on-site reviews with partner agencies. When an agency is selected for the site review process, it must work with BMRLS to complete a
Quality Assurance Review Guide (Base Document)
.
You may also need to complete an
Employment & Training Appendix
, the
Social Services Appendix
and/or the
Mental Health Appendix
if your agency operates these programs . Contact the contract monitor assigned to your agency if you have questions regarding this process.
Those who provide services to refugees face a continuing need for up-to-date,
culturally sensitive resources to help their clients become economically &
socially self-sufficient. Provider staff should complete the
Refugee Service Provider Training Requirements
. Any If you have any questions or concerns regarding the subject matter, please contact
