Attendance at each Clinic is strictly limited to 100 persons, and reservations are taken on a first-come, first-served basis. Walk-in registration is permitted only where a Clinic is not sold out. Many Clinics are sold out and have waiting lists.
Clinics fees vary, but usually range between $40 and $77, depending on the location, type of meal offered, and Clinic length.

Most Clinics begin at 8:30 a.m. and end by 3:30 p.m. and include a noon meal. Morning-only Clinics may include a breakfast or a lunch and the post-meal program may start anytime between 8 and 8:30 a.m. and end between 12 Noon and 1 p.m.
Topics vary from Clinic to Clinic, and are selected by local co-sponsors from a list of about 30 topic options. A maximum of four topics are covered at any one Clinic. Half-day Clinics cover 2 topics. Two-day Clinics are sometimes held, and cover 8-10 topics.
Clinics may be held in conjunction with other events at the option of the local sponsor, but a Clinic and any other events are separate events. The Department produces clinics only.
