Prevailing Wage Surveys Received List

Thank you for using the new Prevailing Wage Surveys Received list. It is the hope of the Equal Rights Division that you will find this list both easy to use and helpful. We anticipate that by using this list, third parties and employers themselves will be able to see who submitted a Prevailing Wage Rate Survey and the date it was received. Only the name, address, and received date are provided; actual survey records may be reviewed at the department’s Madison office. Survey booklets were mailed to all employers the week of May 12, 2008.  Updates of the prevailing wage survey list will be entered daily.  This new application has been developed using Microsoft Excel. In order to use/view the Prevailing Wage Surveys Received list you will need to have Excel loaded on your personal computer.
