How to Enter Payroll Data Manually

  1. Log on to Submit Payroll Data.
  2. Click the second (Enter Non-Union Hours Manually) or third (Enter Union Hours Manually) link. What's the difference?
  3. Fill out the form.
  4. Click Add this Data in a New Row. What do you mean by 'Row'?
  5. The data format will either be valid or invalid.
    1. If the data is valid, a row of data will appear at the bottom of the page.
    2. If the data is invalid, a list of error messages will appear in red at the right of each incorrect field.
  6. You may enter as many different projects, job classes, etc. as you like.
  7. Once you are done adding rows of data, click Submit Certified Payroll Data
  8. Check the box to certify that the data is accurate and click Submit.
  9. Once the upload is successful, you are done. If you'd like, you may review payroll data and correct any inaccurate data.
  10. Note: The Manual Entry page has a maximum timeout length of 20 minutes. For each row of data you enter, if you take longer than 20 minutes to enter the row, your data will be lost. Each time you enter a row, the timer is reset. Once you have entered all rows, you have 20 minutes to review the data your entered before clicking Submit Certified Payroll Data.
