How do I Report Multiple Pay Rates for the Same Employee?

Suppose you employ John Smith, who receives a pay differential for working later than 6:00pm.

If you are entering data into an Excel template

Enter each pay rate on a separate line. Enter one line for John Smith working during the day and a second line for John Smith working during the evening.

If you are creating a spreadsheet using the Downloadable Spreadsheet Generator

Fill out the form and enter data once for each pay rate. Go through once for John Smith working during the day and then a second time for John Smith working during the evening.
