How do I Report Multiple Job Classifications for the Same Employee?
Suppose you employ John Smith, who works as a Steamfitter and as an Electrician.
If you are entering data into an Excel template
Enter each job classification on a separate line. Enter one line for John Smith as a Steamfitter and a second line for John Smith as an Electrician.
If you are creating a spreadsheet using the Downloadable Spreadsheet Generator
