What is the Project Determination Number?
Project owners are required to apply to DWD to receive a project determination for projects subject to the prevailing wage laws.
The project determination identifies the specific project and lists job classifications and required hourly basic rates and hourly fringe benefit rates. It is commonly known as "the white sheet."
Each project determination issued by DWD has its own project determination number consisting of 9 digits and this number appears on all pages of the project determination. The first four digits of the number are the year in which the determination was issued.
Here are examples of project determination numbers: 201002532 or 200900094
