Retaliation Protection under the Public Employee Health and Safety Law

Section 101.055 of the Wisconsin Statutes provides that if a person reports an actual or potential hazard to the Safety and Buildings Division of the Department of Commerce and then is retaliated against by the employer, the individual can file Retaliation Complaint with the Division within 30 days.
