Child Care - Wisconsin's child care subsidy program that provides financial child care assistance to low-income parents who are working or preparing to enter the workforce.

Dislocated Worker (Layoff Assistance) - information on programs to help workers and employers when staff reductions, business closings and mass layoffs occur.

FoodShare - the FoodShare Program (formerly Food Stamps) makes it easier for people to have nutritious, adequate diets and to help individuals and families who have little money or savings to buy food.

The FoodShare Handbook is a is web based policy manual for workers, advocates, and recipients to view the most current food stamp policy at any time.

Refugee and Immigrant Services assists refugees achieve economic self-sufficiency and social self-reliance.

Welfare Fraud - prevent and detect public assistance (welfare) fraud because public assistance fraud costs everyone money. The Wisconsin Department of Health and Family Services is the state agency responsible for coordinating and administering the statewide program.

Wisconsin Works (W2) - the welfare replacement program for Aid to Families with Dependent Children (AFDC) based on work participation.
