Information for Partners

A partner agency is a public or private organization that collaborates with DWD in providing services to our customers, the citizens of Wisconsin. DWD often has a contractual relationship with a partner agency that is based on enabling legislation such as W-2 or Child Support.

DWD/Wisconsin Logon Account Information

The DWD/Wisconsin Logon Management System allows authorized individuals to access many DWD Internet applications using a single ID and password.  Users can apply for and manage accounts at:

Partner Resources

Bureau of Child Support
The Child Support Program contributes to the well-being of children through the establishment of paternity and the establishment and enforcement of court-ordered child support and medical support obligations.

Child Care
The Child Care Section, (CCS) in cooperation with the early childhood community, provides knowledgeable leadership, guidance, and joint planning to achieve this vision.  The Child Care Section provides effective management, development, and coordination of public child care assistance to families.

CORe (Central Office Reporting)
CORe is DWD's grant expenditure reporting and payment system. The CORe website provides agencies information on how to submit invoices to DWD and includes reports useful for monitoring grants.

RMS (Random Moment Sampling)
RMS is the system used to identify county worker effort to various programs in the economic support area. The RMS website provides training documents for new workers, the quarterly RMS statistics, RMS groups, and other RMS-related information.

Wisconsin Works (W-2)
Wisconsin Works (W-2) was implemented statewide in 1997, the result of 10 years of successful innovation in welfare reform and a tradition of leadership in social policy. W-2 builds and strengthens the connection between work and self-sufficiency, helping families become productive members of their communities.

The DWD Extranet is a password secured site which has information useful to partner agency staff.

The Partner IT page, which is located on the DWD Extranet provides technical information for partner agency IT staff.

The DWD Coordinators for the Partner IT page are DWD IT Contacts.

To Obtain Extranet Access

Please contact your supervisor if you are a Wisconsin County or Tribal employee or work for a W-2 provider agency. If you are not a Wisconsin County or Tribal employee and do not work for a W-2 provider agency, send an email to DWD IT Contacts (ITContacts@dwd.state.wi.us) with your name and telephone number indicating you are inquiring about access to the DWD Extranet.
