ACTION ITEMS
      *  Discussion and vote on a bill providing that either 
          (1) the department of workforce development (DWD) will promptly administer any
               temporary emergency unemployment insurance program enacted by the 107th
               Congress by 1/1/02; 
      or (2) if the 107th Congress fails to enact a temporary emergency unemployment
              insurance program by 1/1/02, the council will make a recommendation to the 
              state legislature concerning a Wisconsin temporary emergency unemployment
              insurance program by 1/31/02.

NOTES TO PUBLIC:
  * The Council may not address all agenda items or follow the agenda order.
  * The Council may take up action items at a time other than that listed.
  * The Council may discuss other items, including those on any attached lists.

The labor members and/or the management members of the Council may go into closed session at any time during the meeting to deliberate the action and/or discussion items, pursuant to sec. 19.85(1)(ee), Stats.
