QTWRS Do’s and Don’ts

Secure

The security of your tax and wage records is very important to us. QTWRS uses three layers of security. The User ID and password you create, plus your UI account number are required to access this information. Our secure server software (SSL) encrypts all of your data so that it can not be read as the information travels over the Internet.

When you first log on, you must create a DWD/Wisconsin Logon Account, creating a User ID and password. For security reasons, these names must be unique, not just in your company but internationally. You will then need to provide the UI account number and the access number printed on the tax report as item 1a. Once used in creating the DWD/Wisconsin Logon Account, access numbers are not needed or provided on the tax report.

Use QTWRS

We encourage employers to use this reporting option. The application's automatic calculation of exclusions and amount of taxes owed should make filing faster and more efficient.
