First Lady Jessica Doyle and DWD Secretary Roberta Gassman to Celebrate “Week of the Young Child” With Madison Children

Will Also Announce Major Business and Child Care Leader
Support for KidFirst Proposal

First Lady Jessica Doyle and Roberta Gassman, Secretary of the Department of Workforce Development, will celebrate the “Week of the Young Child” at the Dane County Parent Council, Inc. with some of the center’s young charges, and will present an award to the facility for their work in early childhood education and child care.

In addition, Secretary Gassman will announce major business and educational leader support for the “Quality Care for Quality Kids” budget initiative.
