Milwaukee - On February 28, 2005 at the close of the business day, the W-2 Service Centers located at 2947 North Dr. Martin Luther King Drive (Sullivan) and 6091 North Teutonia Avenue (Milwaukee Job Service) will formally discontinue services to W-2 clients.
Department of Workforce Development Secretary Roberta Gassman said, “We are working with the community to ensure a smooth transition for former clients of OIC-GM. Our most important priority is protecting the people who depend on W-2 services so we can help them find to jobs to support their families.”
Effective March 1, 2005, all W-2 clients formally receiving W-2 services through OIC-GM located at 2947 North Dr. Martin Luther King Drive (Sullivan) and 6091 North Teutonia Avenue (Milwaukee Job Service) will begin receiving services through either UMOS or MAXIMUS depending on where the client lives.

Through 5pm Monday February 28, 2005, all former OIC-GM clients should continue to report to either the Sullivan or Milwaukee Job Center location for W-2 services
