On January 27, 2005, the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development, Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR) will recognize Warden Joseph Scibana, F.C.I. Oxford for his leadership that contributed to a successful first year for the Business Enterprise Program (BEP) operation at F.C.I. Oxford.

The recognition event will be held at 9:30 AM in the Warden’s Conference Room at F.C.I. Oxford. DVR Administrator Charlene Dwyer will present the award.
The BEP, a DVR program, is a small business/self employment initiative for people who are legally blind. These business enterprises consist of cafeteria, coffee shop, snack bar, vending machine, and newsstand operations. DVR is a division of the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development (DWD) and provides employment services to job-seekers with disabilities.
