On January 27, 2005, the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development, Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR) will recognize Colonel Danny G. Nobles, Installation Commander, Fort McCoy for his leadership that contributed to a successful first year for the Business Enterprise Program (BEP) operation at Fort McCoy.

The recognition event will be held at 1:00 PM in the East Break Room, adjacent to the Fort McCoy Installation Dining Facility located in the 84th Army Reserve Readiness Training Command (ARRTC), Building 50, South “O” Street, Fort McCoy. DVR Administrator Charlene Dwyer will present the award.
The BEP, a DVR program, is a small business/self employment initiative for people who are legally blind. These business enterprises consist of cafeteria, coffee shop, snack bar, vending machine, and newsstand operations. DVR is a division of the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development (DWD) and provides employment services to job-seekers with disabilities.
