Wisconsin First Lady Jessica Doyle and State Superintendent of Public Instruction Elizabeth Burmaster to Address Conference
MADISON – The Department of Workforce Development, in partnership with the state Departments of Public Instruction, Corrections, and Health and Family Services; Wisconsin Head Start State Collaboration Project; Wisconsin Head Start Association; Wisconsin Economic Development Association; and others, is hosting the annual “Strongest Links Conference: Converging for Kids.”

This annual conference is designed to link community agencies, business leaders, educators, policy makers, and consumers in an active commitment to improving the lives of young children and families in Wisconsin. Speakers at this year's conference include Wisconsin First Lady Jessica Doyle; State Superintendent of Public Instruction Elizabeth Burmaster; Robert Dugger, Chairman of the Committee for Economic Development’s Invest in Kids Working Group; and Larry Schweinhart, President of the High/Scope Educational Research Foundation.
