The conference will begin at 8 a.m. at the Racine Marriott Hotel in Racine (7111 Washington Ave.) and will conclude by 3:30 p.m. Registration is $85 a person (full day) or $20 (lunch and Stephani presentation only).

To date, the Council has focused on three primary goals: providing a forum for discussion and program development; serving as a resource base/communication link; and promoting positive labor-management relationships.
