The DWD News Office has established an office e-mail box for use by reporters at theiroption.

The address is <news@dwd.state.wi.us>.

With this new service, you can e-mail your requests without needing to know the names and individual e-mail addresses of staff in the office.

This mailbox will be checked regularly each day.

You may continue to send e-mail directly to individual office staff (currently Michael H. McCoy at <mccoymi@dwd.state.wi.us> and Melanie Schmidt at <schmime@dwd.state.wi.us>).

However, messages sent to these individual addressees are not necessarily reviewed when those individuals are away from the office.
