  Wisconsin's Ticket to Work  

If you receive SSDI or SSI, you will get a Ticket from the Social Security Administration. If you want to go to work, you can use this Ticket to get employment services from DVR.

The goal of Ticket to Work is to help you go to work so that you will not need SSI or SSDI.

	Many people with disabilities want to work but worry that working would jeopardize their vital health and long-term care coverage. The Medicaid Purchase Plan (MAPP) offers people with disabilities who are working or interested in work the opportunity to get Medicaid coverage.
